Between Tides and Times is a collection of poems, images, artwork and embodied practices shaped by tidal movements and rhythms of healing, inviting an embodied encounter with place, feeling and transformation.
Through poetry, art, and reflection, Between Tides and Times moves between inner experience and the outer world, tracing the remaking of self through time. This work explores the shifting polarities of rupture and repair, disconnection and reconnection, fragmentation and return.
It is a meditation on homecoming - how memory is held within body and landscape, and the elemental nature of what it means to be alive.
Through cycles of deep listening and renewal, parts of the self are mirrored within the natural world and reconciled with the elements.
